Differing from many advisors, my approach is hands-on. I delve deeply into your story, ensuring that my guidance is not just relevant yet tailored to your needs. This approach requires a time investment from us both, often leading to weekly appointments, phone calls, emails, and messaging. Such regular interactions are crucial at early phase to establish trust & chemistry towards the mission. Once the needs are established will work through the process of ideation, business plan formation and moving into action. To unlock the advice and support you need.
Based on your story and business needs. We will work to structure your thinking and agree action plan to support you directly. This can range in outcomes, from business plans, pitch decks, business models, product description sheet, legal work, investor talks, networking and even into product development with suppliers or your team.
The minimum engagement I offer is three months of once-per-week sessions. The typical breakdown of that time starts with orientation sessions, building the relationship, defining the scope and identifying your personal goals and needs. The next 2 months are spent working through the business topics. That cycle typically repeats for the duration of the relationship. From there, the relationship can be pivoted towards advising you directly, for a longer period.
Weekly. I have found through experimentation, feedback from my clients, and talking to other experienced helping professionals that a weekly frequency is the most effective connection for most relationships and provides the highest value to the client. Communication can also via email, text and calls.
Typically, yes. Yet as the relationship matures and client is demonstrating consistent progress, the nature of the advice will shift. Meaning that we can discuss what advise model and frequency of support you need.
A normal session is a “clinical hour,” 50 minutes. I also offer deep-dive double sessions, but find a single session is usually enough, and even if two sessions are needed to cover the issue, the time between sessions is helpful for the client.
Yes. I work with groups such as a teams or designated cohorts within organizations, VC investment portfolios and founding team.
I am passionate about working with early-stage founders and want to remain accessible. As result my pricing models differs with long term clients.
